Cool hud with animations and oval radar display

Basic Installation:

* Put core_hud in resources folder
* Start the resource in your cfg file

Exports: (If you choose fourth pill to use voice you need to add these to your VOIP!
If you use mumble or default fivem voip then settalking can be ignored)
